Evangelist / Pastor / Mother / Prayer Warrior

Founding Pastor Dr. Ruth Hart held ICM’s first service on June 8, 2008, and remained lead pastor until 2015. She continued to serve tirelessly in the ministry until she transitioned to her Heavenly home on November 24, 2023.

Kenneth A. Martin

Senior Pastor

On September 8, 2015, Kenneth Martin was ordained and installed as the Senior Pastor of Impact Christian Ministries by Pastor Radcliff of Salisbury, MD. Since that time, Pastor Kenneth Martin has continued to bring forth the unadulterated gospel, determining to fulfill that which God has called him to do.
